Jennifer Rae:  As a highly experienced Marketing and Events Leader with more than 35 years of experience, Jennifer Rae has consistently proven herself to be a top-tier leader possessing the expertise and strategies necessary to succeed.

Jennifer Rae’s accomplishments include:

● Directly leading the full lifecycle of multiple events including scheduling, planning, venue acquisition, and launch. These events have consistently acquired critical funding for multiple non-profit organizations.

● Analyzing emerging trends and changing customer requirements during the development and maintenance of intuitive, user-focused websites which drive business development and engagement.

● Taking the initiative to identify and capitalize upon areas of improvement in current strategies which have directly resulted in significant improvements in cost-effectiveness and efficiency. Her years of success have provided her with the tools and insights necessary to drive visibility and awareness and ensure maximum growth. She prides herself on her ability to consistently adapt current strategies to support changing organizational goals.

Jennifer Rae has been career-based in the Washington, DC Area since 1984 when she started to work for associations building her skills and savvy. As a result, she was positioned to establish her business focused on marketing and event planning in 1991. Jennifer Rae Solutions, a business concierge firm, provides comprehensive, effective, goal-oriented projects related to web services, event planning, publishing, online marketing, and photography strategically positioning clients. Firm specializes in business development leveraging multiple channels managing web and online content bringing a wealth of experience and organization to daily communication operations. Whether under contract or working for an employer, she provides the same expertise.

Jennifer grew up just 30 miles north of New York City on an equine farm responsible for six-horse from age 13 to 18. She knows well how to develop, maintain, and manage whatever the task at hand. She is a graduate of Sweet Briar College in Virginia where she earned her B.A. in Political Science. She then attended Katharine Gibbs School in Boston earning her Entrée business degree. Proud graduate too of John Jay High School located in Cross River, NY - 1978. 

Brian Smith: Brian Smith has consulted on communications, public relations and marketing issues for over twenty-five years working for major corporations, start-ups, governmental organizations and NGOs. His breadth of experience includes market and project analysis, strategy development, production of varied media/ marketing/policy advocacy materials, and presentations to senior corporate and government officials. A graduate of Oglethorpe University, Mr. Smith holds masters’ degrees in business administration and communications from Emory University and Georgia State University, respectively.
